Mother's Day Flower Wreath Tutorial

I am happy to be sharing this easy to create wreath tutorial with everyone back in Seychelles. This has been made possible through the collaboration with the Seychelles Nation newspaper in order to commemorate Mother's Day during this month of May.

You will need:

- a pencil

- an eraser

- 1 sheet of paper

- coloured pens / markers

- round objects (1 big and 1 small)

Using your pencil and round objects, draw two circles; a large one in the center of your paper and a smaller one at the bottom center of the large circle.

Within the small circle, draw your main flower and then add a different flower halfway up on each side of the large circle

Fill out the wreath by drawing leaves along the large circle and leave a gap at the top.

Add some more details such as flowers or leaves to your wreath in order to fill in the areas that have too much space.

You can colour in your finished piece directly onto the pencil drawing or you can outline it with a coloured pen or marker to make it stand out. Make sure to erase any unwanted pencil marks using your eraser.

I used watercolor pencils to colour in mine. Feel free to add a little message in the middle of the wreath to personalise it further.
